What services and aid is provided by the commune to investors:

- Helping potential investors with finding the appropriate land plots (remaining in possession of also other entities, apart from Commune of Barlinek) for their investments.

- Helping potential investors with acquiring reliable information about (among the others) local work market, availability of services, existing production plants etc.

- Helping with preparation and realization of any investments.

- It is also possible to obtain tax exemptions for companies creating new work places (Decree number XIII/107/2007 of Municipal Council in Barlinek from the 27th of September 2007 on exceptions from tax on real-estate property in the framework of supporting new investments in the territory of Commune of Barlinek).

- Services in terms of issuing decision on development conditions and land plot development and obtaining construction permits.

- Services in terms of maintaining economic records.
